How we get you found
10 things Google and ChatGPT look for.
What we set up for every client, and keep up to date every month.
-
Your robots.txt, the crawler rulebook, lets in the search crawlers behind ChatGPT (OAI-SearchBot), Claude (Claude-SearchBot) and Perplexity (PerplexityBot).
-
Your words are in the page itself, not loaded by scripts or baked into images, because many AI crawlers don't run JavaScript. What a crawler can't read, it can't repeat.
-
We connect your site to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, submit your sitemap and watch for pages that drop out of the index. Bing's index also feeds Microsoft Copilot.
-
We label your business in JSON-LD, a block of schema.org code: LocalBusiness, or a closer type like Plumber or RoofingContractor, plus Service. Search engines read your trade, area, hours and prices as data, and the page says the same in plain words.
-
The right main category, every service listed, your service area, opening hours, real photos and regular updates. Google uses a complete profile to decide which searches you're relevant for.
-
Short, direct answers to what customers ask, like prices, call-out times and areas covered, written as plain text on your pages. AI assistants lift answers they can quote whole, a passage at a time.
-
Your name, address and phone number (NAP), or your service area if customers don't come to you, are the same on your site, Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business and Irish directories like Golden Pages. Each matching listing, called a citation, backs up your site, and no old number is left lying around.
-
A one-tap link keeps new Google reviews arriving steadily (review velocity), and Google counts both the number and the score in local ranking. Links in your schema (sameAs) list your official profiles, so search engines see one business, one entity, rather than scattered pages.
-
Safe Electric or RGII registration, CIF membership, insurance and years in business, shown on your site and marked up in your schema. Customers check for them, and AI assistants mention them when someone asks who to trust.
-
Your own photos of finished jobs, with file names and descriptions (alt text) that say what and where. Search engines read the labels, and customers trust real work over stock photos.
All of it comes with every site, for €100 a month. See what's included.
